The keyboard made from keyman doesnt work in yahoo chat. In Yahoo chat i only get english. everywhere else i get what I wanted . Is there any knowm solution to this. I have tested other keyboards as well like ekallapai etc

If you're talking about Yahoo Messenger, there is a fix available for this issue. It is described here: http://www.tavultesoft.com/kb/index.php?KnowledgeBaseID=18 Once you've completed the steps in that article you should be able to use any Unicode Keyman keyboard in Yahoo Messenger.
