If I upload a keyboard as a freeware to tavultesoft site, without applying the branding, can I able to view the customer download details using CRM tool? I have already purchased the Branding Pack. Please clarify.

If you upload a keyboard as freeware to the Tavultesoft site, for use with Keyman Desktop, you will not have any details on who is downloading your keyboard. You can get basic download statistics at http://www.tavultesoft.com/account/home/keyboards/statistics.php If you want to understand and manage your customers, you do need to produce a branded version of your product.
