Thank you so much for your reply. I have Windows Vista and, unless I am missing something, I cannot find any place that says "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)." I found the "languages" tab under "language options" in control panel, but there my trail ended. If we need to talk on the phone, my cell number is ----------. Tuesday aftrnoons and Thursdays (any time) are my best days, but the other afternoons will work, as well.

Marc Durdin Tavultesoft Staff | In Windows Vista, right-to-left language support is already in the system. So you can ignore the initial steps in knowledge base article 41 which relate only to XP. However, the other steps should still be followed.
